John Cuciti

A licensed real estate agent and property valuer, John opened his own real estate practice in Caringbah in 1996 and soon after launched JPC Developments which specialised in sourcing development sites. The company later rebranded as Citiko Developments with John predominantly involved in the negotiation of site acquisitions as well as heading the project marketing arm of the business.

John has negotiated a number of development site acquisitions and sales over the years and possesses a thorough knowledge of all facets of the development process, from obtaining council approval through to design and ultimately the project marketing. His comprehensive understanding of market trends sees him work closely with architects and designers to ensure that efficiency and practicality are translated onto every floorplan of the projects he is involved with.
