Jim Kousoulis

Jim started his career as a real estate agent in the Sutherland Shire in the early 90′s. In 1998 he joined JPC Developments and enjoyed great success coordinating development projects as well as maintaining an integral role throughout their construction. JPC Developments soon after rebranded as Citiko Developments, and with Jim a licensed builder he now plays an active role in site acquisitions as well as supervising the building and construction phases.

Over the years Jim has gained an extensive knowledge of the building industry having been involved in the building of an array of developments ranging from the construction of single dwellings and renovations, villas and townhouse complexes, commercial tenancies and shop fit outs through to multi strata factory units and medium density apartment buildings. He has also managed high rise residential and commercial construction sites. His attention to detail ensures that no stone is left unturned.
